Spinach is very good as it hepls to reduce your stomach worries. It is used in many Ayurveda medicines. It helps to regulate your digestion process and removes gas from your body.There are many benefits of having the Spinach in your day to day food.
I love my family so much and try to make healthy food for them. Spinach soup is one of those healthy dishes I love to make for my hubby and kiddo and they reluctantly love that too😛.
Below are steps with pictures to prepare this yummy and healthy soup,
- Chop spinach and tomatoes in medium size.
- Make puree of it in grinder and add chopped ginger and garlic if you wish.
- If you wish to add onion you can make paste of onion too.
- Strain the puree and discard the scrap.
- Heat butter in pan and add onion.
- Saute till it becomes pink in color.
- You can directly add spinach and tomato puree and allow it to boil, if you wish to.
- If you want the soup to be thicker than you can add diluted corn flour in water.
- Add salt, black pepper and stir it well.
- Boil soup for 3 to 4 minutes and soup is now ready to serve.
- You can serve soup with cream.
