  • Add chili sauce, mayonnaise and salt and mix it well.Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe Step
  • Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side.Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe Step
  • Take another bread and top 3 teaspoon of  grated vegetable mix and spread evenly and cover with other buttered bread slice. You can grate and add cheese as well if you wish to.Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe StepMayonnaise Sandwich Recipe Step
  • Apply butter on outer side of both bread slices.Toast or grill prepared sandwich until it seems to be prepared properly.
  • Your Healthy mayonnaise sandwich is ready to serve.

Ingredients

  • Bread (6 pieces)
  • Carrot (1 piece)
  • Capsicum (1 piece)
  • Cabbage (200 grams)
  • Chilli sauce (3 to 4 teaspoons)
  • Onion (2 pieces)
  • Mayonnaise ( 6 to 7 teaspoon)
  • salt ( as per taste)
  • cheese (1 cube)
  • oil or butter ( for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Grate all vegetables carrots, capsicum, cabbage and onion.
  2. Mix all grated vegetables.
  3. Add chilli sauce, mayonnaise and salt and mix it well.
  4. Take two slices of bread and apply butter on one side.
  5. Take another bread and top 3 teaspoon of grated vegetable mix and spread evenly and cover with other buttered bread slice.
  6. Apply butter on outer side of both bread slices.
  7. Toast or grill prepared sandwich until it seems to be prepared properly.
  8. Mayonnaise Sandwich is ready.
