- Prepare instant noodles as per instruction given on the pack.
- Chop and peel carrot and spring onion.Dilute corn flour in 1/2 cup of water.
- Heat 1 tea spoon oil in the pan and add chopped carrot and spring onion and saute for a minute.
- Add diluted corn flour and mix it well and switch off the flame.
- Add cooked instant noodles in the mix and mix them well with all the ingredients.
- Heat tava or non stick pan and grease it with oil and pour 1/2 cup of prepared batter and flatten in circle shape with help of spoon, make 2 to 3 inch diameter circle.
- Cook pan cake on a medium flame till it’s base becomes golden brown and crispy, apply 1 teaspoon oil on other side of the pan cake and turn it. Cook other side till it also becomes golden brown in color.
- As both side gets properly cooked, grate some cheese on it.
- Yummy and delicious Instant Noodles Pan Cake is ready to be served.
