Snap of the ingredients,
- Take two cups of sweet corn or 2 corn cobs and boil until it becomes soft. This would probably take to 4 to 5 minutes.
- Make fine puree of corn and add water and mix well.
- Discard scrap with the help of strainer.
- Heat butter in the pan and add corn puree.
- Stir and add salt,cumin powder, black pepper powder or red chili powder.
- Add milk and mix it well.
- Boil for at least 5 minutes. Stir occasionally in between.Add coriander leaves and Boil for at least a minute.
- Your scrumptious and healthy Sweet Corn Soup is now ready to be served.
